Step 1: Review Your Booking’s Cancellation Policy

Every Klook activity has a clearly defined cancellation policy, which you can view before and after booking.
To check your cancellation or change eligibility:

On Website:
- Click your profile picture (top right) > Go to Bookings
- Select the relevant booking
- Scroll to the Cancellation Policy section
- Click Amend Booking if changes are allowed

On App:
- Tap Account (bottom right) > Go to Bookings
- Select your booking
- Scroll to Cancellation Policy section
- Tap Amend Booking

Note: You cannot modify or cancel bookings for:
- Activities with No Cancellation or Conditional Cancellation policies
- Vouchers with codes not starting with “KLK”
